Mr. Hoon Lee (hoonlee@sigonglaw.com) is a senior foreign legal consultant at Sigong Law P.C, a reputable law firm in Seoul, Korea (www.sigonglaw.com). His practice focuses on M&A, joint ventures, and foreign investment in Korea, but also advises multinational clients on general corporate matters. He has also expertise in international litigation and arbitration as he has represented some US and Korean clients in international contractual dispute cases. Since September of 2006, Mr. Lee has been acting as international contract advisor to Defense Acquisition Program Administration of Korea (www.dapa.go.kr), which is the key Korean governmental agency in procuring defense products for Korean military.

Mr. Keun Dong “Paul” Lee (leekd@sigonglaw.com) is a partner Korean attorney at Sigong Law P.C., and generally advises Korealaw.com on Korean law contents provided in the site. Mr. Paul Lee has 10 years of corporate law experience and was involved in many high-profile M&A deals at the height of foreign exchange crisis in late 1990s when he was with Hwang Mok Park P.C., one of the largest law firms in Korea. Mr. Lee is one of the key founders of Sigong Law P.C. where he continues to assist many domestic and foreign clients in corporate, securities, and labor matters. Mr. Lee is especially well-known for his labor law expertise and has advised numerous foreign companies operating in Korea, helping them better understand and implement the sometimes intricate labor rules that face the foreign companies doing business in Korea. Mr. Lee also appeared as a lecturer on the EBS network in a television series concerning Korean labor laws.
